We’re passionate about helping you grow and make an impact.

Meet Carrie Peil, CDT

I began my career in the dental lab field in 1981 as a clinical assistant and translator, and discovered a passion for laboratory technology after I moved to Eugene in 1987, where I worked as a technician, learning and growing until the opportunity to open Birch Lab in 2006 Presented itself. For the next 16 years I focused on cosmetic restorative work, and became a member of the National Association for Dental Laboratories and joined the Oregon Association for Dental Laboratories which led to becoming it’s Executive Director.

This is when I realized that my passion for my own lab could become a passion for supporting other labs and that there was a real need for this kind of support. Working on behalf of Oregon Labs led to also working on behalf of Washington State labs, and I formed The Hub Association Management Company. We now have the pleasure of working with aspiring associations and study groups from across the country.
